The two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of three parts: a rotary drum, a swing frame, and a frame. The drum is mounted on a swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two gear wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two transmission wheels are driven by a rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank swing rod mechanisms, which are mounted on the frame. The swing frame is supported on the frame by bearing components.
The rotary drum of the EYH two-dimensional mixer can perform two movements simultaneously, one is the rotation of the rotary drum, and the other is the swing of the rotary drum with the swing frame. The mixed material rotates, flips, and mixes inside the drum, while also undergoing left and right back and forth mixing movements with the swinging of the drum. Under the combined action of these two movements, the material is fully mixed in a short period of time. The EYH two-dimensional mixer is suitable for mixing all powder and granular materials.
