Project overview

3、The system includes heating system, hot medium circulation system, drying system, dust filtration system, solvent recovery system, vacuum system.


Working principle

The raw material is sent to the drying tank of the drying machine by the conveying pump. At the same time, the heating medium is sent to the heating sandwich of the drying machine through the pipeline pump. The raw material obtains heat through the drying machine wall and is heated, and the water is gradually taken away under the action of the vacuum system to achieve the purpose of drying. In the near drying stage of raw materials, in order to prevent part of powder from being extracted by vacuum pump, a special bag filter is designed to collect; The organic solvent contained in the raw material is condensed by a special condenser in two stages, so that the overall recovery rate is more than 95%.


Embodiment of advantages

The drying process is carried out under negative pressure conditions, so even if the organic solvent medium is contained, the process is still very safe, and the drying speed is fast, and the drying time of each batch of products is about 4 hours; The drying process is carried out under the condition of pressure reduction, and the drying temperature is relatively low, the vacuum pump is always working continuously, so the product quality is stable; The system is designed with a special bag filter, so no dust flying; Large area cooling of secondary condensing unit, high solvent recovery; The heating device can be heated by hot water, steam and thermal oil. Special bag filter is easy to disassemble and wash; The whole unit has few transmission parts and does not work under strong load conditions, so the service life of the unit is long.
